This certificate has now been running for six years, and is awarded to hotels that in the opinion of their guests always provide superior quality service. How does Tripadvisor measure the quality of our service? Through a unique method of real measurement within our business based on guest opinions, ratings and reviews throughout the year.

To achieve certification, our hotels in the Dominican Republic and Riviera Maya have steadily received a large number of positive ratings and reviews throughout the year.
