The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean, the views were spectacular and the staff were really kind, both on reception and in the restaurant.
The food was varied and there were plenty of vegetarian options.

The All Inclusive option includes a wide selection of national brand drinks and all meals and snacks offered in the hotel’s bars and restaurants (including the Beach Club). All Inclusive drinks are available from 10 am until midnight.

During evening hours, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, swimwear, sleeveless shirts and sportswear are not permitted in the bars and restaurants. Gentlemen are also kindly requested to wear long trousers or dress shorts during dinners. At the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31, gentlemen are kindly requested to wear long dress trousers and a tie or jacket.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is until noon.
We can prepare special meals on request. It is always recommended that during the first meal after arrival, the guest informs the maître d’, who will be happy to help and make recommendations.
There are free street parking spots (based upon availability) There’s also a private underground car park available on request (payable, very limited spaces).
Free Wi-Fi is offered in the hotel’s communal areas. There is no Wi-Fi anywhere else in the hotel.
Mogán Princess Hotel is a “non-smoking” hotel. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas that are signposted and designated for smoking, e.g. with ashtrays.
From 5 to 12 years old. If they are younger, they must be accompanied by an adult.

There are many ramps and stairs throughout the hotel, so we do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility.
You can take a taxi or bus on arrival at the airport. For the return journey from the hotel to the airport, the reception staff will be happy to arrange a taxi.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed, only service animals are accepted.
