Excellent experience at this resort, very competent and proactive staff, all buffets very good and good service. Reception and concierge team very nice as well. Special mention to Miguel from live it who supported us with all the excursions and tours which were great, definitely great experience, we will be back.

The hotel is a luxury experience, it is huge, it has different speciality restaurants that do not require reservations, the buffet is huge, well stocked and tastes great, the beach is quiet and you have access to other Princesses.

Simply a joy. I would repeat. Excellent food, no time to get bored, stunning decor, fabulous condition of the hotel, impeccable cleanliness, wonderful services, and such attentive staff that make the experience so enjoyable. As they knew I was making the trip to celebrate my birthday, they were kind enough to decorate my room in a special way. A gesture I will always be grateful for.
