The hotels are in a prime location with easy access, just 40 minutes from Cancun airport and close to downtown Playa del Carmen.
Our hotels offer a wide range of services and options for you and your guests. In addition, you’ll have a specialised wedding team at your disposal to help personalise your big day, which can include anything from a legal, symbolic, Mayan, Christian or Hindu ceremony to an intimate ceremony for the couple and a few guests.
We can also arrange beach receptions, exclusive function rooms or terraces, restaurants and extra amenities and services.

We offer a choice of menu options, both plated and buffet. Popular menus include our Tulum, Cozumel, Bacalar and Isla Mujeres versions. Where buffets are concerned we offer Mexican, BBQ, Caribbean, Mayan and International. For guests with dietary restrictions we are happy to customize your menu of choice.
Services are contracted directly with the hotel wedding department. To book the date, a non-refundable deposit of 400 USD is required, which will be deducted from the total amount of the event.
The minimum is 2 people and the maximum is 150 people.
For a legal wedding it is necessary to book at least 2 months in advance. Symbolic weddings should be booked at least 15 days in advance.
We always have a ‘Plan B’, which includes moving the celebration to a function room or covered terrace so that the event can continue.
Yes, up to 20% of the guests can attend the wedding without staying at the hotel, subject to payment of a special Day Pass supplement.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer.
Symbolic ceremonies typically last about 15 to 20 minutes. The full event, including the reception, can last from 3 to 5 hours depending on the programme you have contracted.
