Very good experience, we stayed for 12 nights and were able to enjoy the hotel quite a lot. The hotel is large, but very well laid out and comfortable to move around in. It has huge pools that are spread throughout the complex so you can always find a place to be comfortable and away from the crowds if you are looking for peace and quiet.

Playa del Carmen is 15 minutes away. We provide transfers to the centre of Playa del Carmen. Several buses leave every day from the Grand Sunset Princess lobby. The departure hours are: 9:00, 12:00 and 16:00. The ride costs $70 pesos per person and trip.
