It is important to bear in mind that parcels may be inspected by customs, and any associated charges will be the responsibility of the bride and groom. For this reason, many couples prefer to bring the items with them in person.

We always have a Plan B. Depending on the size of the group, the ceremony or reception can be moved to an event hall or indoor area within the hotel. This decision is made six hours in advance, depending on the weather conditions, to ensure that the venue can be set up at the new location.
