• Check-in in an exclusive area. If you haven’t checked in online, check in when you arrive at the hotel in the most comfortable fashion: with no lines and in our fully air-conditioned Platinum lobby, while you enjoy a welcome drink and a wet wipe to freshen up after your long journey. 
• Platinum bracelet. You will have access to exclusive areas, such as the Platinum Lounge, where you can enjoy snacks and national, international and premium drinks. A place in which to relax with air conditioning in case you want to cool off without having to go to your room.
  Not included: aged spirits, wines and champagne from the menu. 
• Private swimming pool. There is nothing better than an exclusive pool right in the Platinum area and with waiter service (drinks only). It also has special Bali beds so you can unwind while enjoying a cocktail and the tropical climate of the Caribbean. 
• Platinum Concierge Service. At any time, 24 hours a day, our specialised Concierge will be glad to answer all of your questions and help you manage any request throughout your stay.
• Room service. And if you don’t want to leave your room, our 24-hour room service will pamper you without you having to set a foot out the door (includes food; drinks not included).

Our Platinum Suite

Discover our Platinum Suites and experience exclusivity in a luxurious environment with personalised services. 

These rooms have an unbeatable location close to the sea, in an area set aside for tranquillity and total relaxation within the resort. In addition, you will be able to enjoy the whirlpool bath on the terrace, a perk unique to this category.

The 61 m2 Platinum rooms are designed for you to rest without any worries.

• You will have a Premium Bar with national and international drinks included.
• Another whirlpool bath in the bathroom
• You can borrow a DVD from the Platinum Lounge video library and watch the film of your choice while relaxing in your king size bed.

It has a maximum occupancy of 4 people, including children. The possible combinations are: 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. Always bear in mind that children are considered to be between 3 and 12 years old.

Platinum Cuisine

In addition to the 4 buffet and 8 à la carte restaurants, which are available to all guests, as a Platinum guest you have more dining options at your disposal. 

Breakfast and snacks in the Platinum Lounge. In the Platinum Lounge you can enjoy a continental breakfast, as well as snacks for lunch and a wide range of petit four in the afternoon to indulge your sweet tooth.

À la carte breakfast and lunch. If the buffet is not enough, we offer à la carte breakfast and lunch options in the Buffet Restaurants attached to the Platinum area.

Black & White dinner. Enjoy an exclusive dinner for our Platinum guests, every Thursday from 18:30 to 22:00.

• Where are the Platinum at Grand Riviera Princess rooms located within the complex?

They are the closest rooms to the beach. They are mirrored in each hotel: Grand Sunset Princess and Grand Riviera Princess. You will easily find them in the lobby and exclusive pool area.

• Are all restaurants included in Grand Riviera Princess’ Platinum option? How can I make restaurant reservations for dinner?

All restaurants are included except the Chill Out Restaurant. You can make a reservation while at the hotel using the web app, your mobile phone and on arrival, in the main lobby.

• Is a minimum number of nights required to stay at Platinum at Grand Riviera Princess?

Yes, the minimum stay is 4 nights, subject to change.
