Yes, they can access the entire miniclub area, children’s pool and children’s activities at the Grand Bávaro Princess.

Princess Family Club Bávaro guests have access to the Grand Bávaro Princess (except Platinum areas). The rest of the hotels would have an extra cost and we would have check the possibility and availability with customer service.

Although the tap water in our hotel is treated, it is not suitable for consumption, which is why we provide bottled water in the rooms and also in our bars whenever you want you can request water.

The smoking policy in the hotel is the same as that allowed by the Dominican government, which prohibits smoking in closed areas (such as inside the room or inside restaurants), but allows it in open areas (such as on room terraces and restaurants or in gardens and the beach).

However, we appreciate that guests try not to smoke in children’s areas (even if they are outdoors).

Yes, it is necessary to make reservations, they are made through the webapp, and they must be made once you are in-house, since the room number is required.

Yes, the Family area has a snack-bar called El Mordisco for breakfast and lunch. It also has a bar, called Hobbit, near the pool with the water park.

There are the Family Junior Suite rooms and the Family Junior Suite Swim Out, the latter with direct access from the room to the pool.

It is possible to upgrade a room from Junior Suite to Junior Suite Swim Out or purchase Platinum services upon arrival, as long as there is availability.

They consist of a king size bed and 3 single beds arranged like a bunk bed plus an extra bed under the bunk bed that can be taken out.

The Family rooms are all located in the same U-shaped area, all have views of the pools and central gardens of that U. You can locate them by looking at the hotel map.

The hotel has basic internet included in the public areas and rooms. If this is not enough for your needs, you can purchase Premium Internet with a price per device of $6 for 1 day, $12 for 3 days and $18 for 7 days. The guest can make the purchase online from the hotel.

Yes, all Family guests have bathrobes available in the room for adults and children, slippers for adults and children and fun glasses with the logos (among other amenities).

In order to have the corresponding small gifts ready, prior to your arrival you need to send a picture of the passport or ID where the birthday shows, or in the case of an anniversary the wedding certificate with the date to [email protected] . You can also find a taxi when you arrive at the airport. The taxi cost per trip from Punta Cana airport to the hotel is approximately 40 USD.
