Donation of toys from Princess Hotels Punta Cana to the Nazaret Centre for Education – 2025

At Princess Hotels, solidarity is more than just a value, it’s a tradition that fills us with pride and hope every year.

On the 14th of January last we celebrated our annual Tree of Illusion toy donation action at Princess Hotels in the Dominican Republic, an initiative that allows us to bring smiles to the children of our community.

This event is made possible by generous donations from staff, guests and the hotels themselves – Grand Bávaro Princess, Princess Family Club Bávaro, Punta Cana Princess, Caribe Deluxe Princess y Tropical Deluxe Princess.

These actions form part of our social responsibility programme 360 Princess and You.

We also enjoy the inestimable support of the Pack for a Purpose platform, which helps us promote and organise actions among guests who, when they travel, want to do their bit for the community they are visiting, thereby promoting a supportive and transformative way of travelling.

A Day of Joy

This year we had the honour of visiting the Nazareth Centre for Education, a school located half an hour from the hotel in a humble area in the interior of the Friusa community which is home to more than 700 students between the ages of 5 and 12.

We chose to make the delivery during the morning break so as not to interrupt their classes, and it was an unforgettable moment when our team, accompanied by our superheroes, shared toys, biscuits and juices with the children.

The joy and affection with which we were received, both by students and teachers, filled us with energy and helped reaffirm our commitment to these initiatives.

We would like to express our deep respect and admiration for the teaching staff of the Nazareth Centre for Education, whose professionalism, patience and dedication were essential to the success of this activity.

Thanks to them, we were able to ensure that each child experienced an unforgettable moment of happiness.

We invite our Guests to be Agents for Change

At Princess Hotels Punta Cana we firmly believe in the power of community and the importance of sharing with those who need it most.

Which is why we would like to invite our future guests to join us in these charitable initiatives. Over the course of the year we carry out three main campaigns:

• Christmas: Toy collection for the children.
• Middle of the year: Donation of articles to a nursing home.
• Autumn: Donation of school supplies for students.

Every year we face the challenge of collecting donations for these campaigns, and your support can really make a difference.

If you wish to participate, we invite you to pack some gifts or donations in your suitcase and deliver them to the customer service departments of any of our hotels in the Dominican Republic.
