You can hire the services by contacting the hotel’s wedding department. A non-refundable down payment of $400 is required to book wedding dates less than a year in advance, and one of $800 for booking weddings more than a year in advance. For private receptions, such as those at the Chill Out, we require a non-refundable down payment of $1000.

Yes, up to 20% of guests can be people who are not staying at the hotel. They can attend the Wedding by purchasing a day pass two hours before the start of the ceremony. You will have to confirm with your wedding planner the list of guests who are not staying at the hotel.
