Services are arranged directly with the hotel’s weddings department. To confirm the date, a non-refundable deposit of $400 is required for bookings made less than one year in advance, and $800 for weddings booked more than one year in advance. For private receptions, such as those held in the Chill Out, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required.

It depends on the type of ceremony. For a civil wedding, bookings must be made at least two months in advance. For symbolic weddings, bookings must be made at least 15 days in advance (subject to availability).
For a civil wedding, the bride and groom and the witnesses must stay at the hotel for four working days prior to the wedding. For symbolic weddings, this is two working days prior.
You will be supported by a professional wedding planner who will guide you through every stage of the planning process, including the seating arrangements for your guests and any additional services you wish to include.

Yes, 20% of the guests may not be staying at the hotel. They can attend the wedding by purchasing a day pass two hours before the ceremony. You will need to confirm the list of guests who will not be staying with your wedding planner.
