To secure the date and receive official confirmation, the couple must complete the event booking form. They must also sign the contract setting out all the terms and conditions and/or pay a non-refundable deposit of $400. The weddings department can confirm the availability of the registrar, the civil celebrant or the priests.

Hotels can organise events ranging from intimate celebrations for two people to private functions for around 500 guests, depending on the venue chosen.
We recommend booking approximately one year in advance to ensure availability on your preferred date and at your preferred venue. However, we can also assist with organising weddings with a shorter planning timeframe (subject to availability).
There is no mandatory arrival requirement. However, we recommend that the couple arrive 2 to 3 days before the wedding so that they can meet with the wedding coordinator and go over the final details of the event.
Not necessarily. Although we offer a range of packages designed to make planning easier, we can also organise bespoke weddings tailored to the couple’s preferences, the number of guests and the services they require.

Please note that if you are referring specifically to the ceremony, it lasts 30–45 minutes if the couple includes any rituals and/or special readings.
Yes, it is possible to send items to the hotel. We recommend doing so well in advance (approximately two months beforehand).
It is important to bear in mind that parcels may be inspected by customs, and any associated charges will be the responsibility of the bride and groom. For this reason, many couples prefer to bring the items with them in person.
We always have a Plan B. Depending on the size of the group, the ceremony or reception can be moved to an event hall or indoor area within the hotel. This decision is made six hours in advance, depending on the weather conditions, to ensure that the venue can be set up at the new location.
This applies to all our hotels – Yes, this is possible. External guests must purchase a hotel access pass, subject to availability and the policies in force at the time of the event. The cost for a non-staying guest is US$85 per person (they will be granted access to the venue one hour before the ceremony).
