Princess Hotels Punta Cana donates toys to the Cortecito Public Education Centre – 2026

At Christmas, when the lights go on and hearts open with greater generosity, Princess Hotels Punta Cana like to continue a very special tradition: the Tree of Hope

Over the holidays both guests and employees fill our reception areas, specifically the Customer Service departments at each of our hotels (Grand Bávaro Princess, Princess Family Club Bávaro, Punta Cana Princess, Caribe Deluxe Princess, and Tropical Deluxe Princess) with lovingly wrapped toys with the aim of bringing joy to those who most need it.

Each gift placed under the tree symbolises a gesture of hope, solidarity, and human connection.

This action is part of our social commitment programme, Princess and You 360, a programme that seeks to forge real ties with the communities around us.

A very special day

On the 14th of January last that dream came true at the Cortecito Public Education Centre, a school located just a few minutes from our Princess Punta Cana hotels where around 280 children from the local community study.

At 3 pm our team arrived with more than 300 toys to be delivered in person, thanks to the generosity of our guests and partners.

Although the children were in the middle of class, there was no lack of excitement; their eyes lit up when they saw us enter, and their enthusiasm was contagious.

Some received their gifts directly from our hands while the remainder were distributed lovingly by the teachers, who know each student well and made sure everyone had their moment of joy

Thank you for making it possible

Our work does not end at Christmas, however, and we carry out school supplies donation campaigns throughout the year, primarily because we believe that the right to an education should be accompanied by the provision of the necessary tools.

And this is where you, dear guest, play a fundamental part in the story.

Every time you bring a toy, a notebook, some pencils, or any other useful donation for children, you’re not just filling a backpack… you’re helping a dream come true.
