Caribe Deluxe guests have access to the Tropical Deluxe Princess hotel (except the Platinum areas). As for the rest of the hotels, access is available at an extra fee and after checking availability with customer service.

Although the tap water in our hotel is treated, it is not suitable for drinking. That is why we offer bottled water in all rooms and you can also order water at our bars at any time.

We follow the policy established by the Dominican government regarding smoking in our hotel. Smoking is therefore prohibited in enclosed spaces, such as rooms and restaurants, but is permitted in outdoor areas, such as the terraces of rooms and restaurants, as well as in gardens and on the beach.

Our hotel is suitable for all ages, so it does not have specific areas for guests over 18 years old. But if you are looking for an adults-only hotel, we recommend you book a room at our Punta Cana Princess hotel.

Both hotels have shared facilities, including restaurants, swimming pools, and communal areas, enabling guests to freely move between them, with the exception of the Platinum zones, which are reserved exclusively for Platinum clients.

The most notable differences are in the rooms, with the Tropical Deluxe having more family-friendly categories than the Caribe Deluxe Princess.

The main differences between the two types of rooms are spaciousness and size. The Caribe Deluxe Suite has two levels, separating the bed area from the sofa bed area.

In addition to all the basic amenities of the Caribe Deluxe room, it also includes bathrobes, bath slippers and pool towels on arrival in the room.

The rooms at the Caribe Deluxe Princess Hotel are all located and distributed throughout the different buildings of the hotel, so if you want to stay in a specific area, you will first have to decide on the room category.

Our hotel has basic Internet access available in all public areas and rooms. In case it is not enough for your needs, you have the option to book Premium internet at a price per device of $6 for 1 day, $12 for 3 days and $18 for 7 days.

Our hotel does not have a disco, but guests have access (drinks not included) to the Movie Disco Club, which is next to our other hotel Grand Bavaro Princess, right at the entrance, in the Avalon Casino.

In order to qualify for the relevant benefits, we ask that you send us a photo of your passport or ID where the date of birth is clearly legible.
