GENERAL INFORMATION
Can Caribe Deluxe guests access other hotels in the chain?
Caribe Deluxe guests have access to the Tropical Deluxe Princess hotel (except the VIP Deluxe areas). As for the rest of the hotels, access is available at an extra fee and after checking availability with customer service.
Is it possible to drink the tap water at the hotel?
Although the tap water in our hotel is treated, it is not suitable for drinking. That is why we offer bottled water in all rooms and you can also order water at our bars at any time.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
We follow the policy established by the Dominican government regarding smoking in our hotel. Smoking is therefore prohibited in enclosed spaces, such as rooms and restaurants, but is permitted in outdoor areas, such as the terraces of rooms and restaurants, as well as in gardens and on the beach.
What is the weather like?
The weather tends to be hot and humid all year round, but being in a Caribbean region, the weather can quickly change from sunny to rainy from one moment to the next. Therefore, we suggest keeping an eye on an official weather forecast source.

Is there an adults-only area?
Our hotel is suitable for all ages, so it does not have specific areas for guests over 18 years old. But if you are looking for an adults-only hotel, we recommend you book a room at our Punta Cana Princess hotel.
What is the difference between the Caribe Deluxe Princess and the Tropical Deluxe Princess?
Both hotels have shared facilities, including restaurants, swimming pools, and communal areas, enabling guests to freely move between them, with the exception of the VIP Deluxe zones, which are reserved exclusively for VIP Deluxe clients.
The most notable differences are in the rooms, with the Tropical Deluxe having more family-friendly categories than the Caribe Deluxe Princess.
RESTAURANTS / BARS
Is it necessary to make reservations at the restaurants?
Yes, reservations are required and are made through the webapp. They must be done once you are staying at the hotel, as you will be asked for your room number.
Do you offer food for people with special diets or allergies?
In our hotel, we have several food options adapted to the needs of people with different diets and allergies. Please contact our customer service department and detail your needs so that we can assist you on how to proceed.
Is there a dress code in the restaurants?
Yes, you can find it on our webapp, as it can vary depending on whether it is day or night, buffet or themed.
What drinks does the hotel include?
Most alcoholic drinks are included (vodka, rum and beer among them). Some options are not included in the All Inclusive and cost extra, such as certain brands of drinks or some wines and champagnes.
Are there non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes, non-alcoholic options are available at the Caribe Deluxe Princess hotel.

What types of rooms do you have?
The hotel has different types of rooms and categories to suit the different needs of all our guests.
Can I upgrade my room?
A room upgrade or VIP Deluxe services can be purchased on arrival, subject to availability. You can ask at reception about prices and features.
What is the difference between the Caribe Deluxe rooms and the Caribe Deluxe Suite?
The main differences between the two types of rooms are spaciousness and size. The Caribe Deluxe Suite has two levels, separating the bed area from the sofa bed area.
In addition to all the basic amenities of the Caribe Deluxe room, it also includes bathrobes, bath slippers and pool towels on arrival in the room.
What are the rooms like and what features do they have?

Is it possible to book a room with a specific view or in a specific location?
The rooms at the Caribe Deluxe Princess Hotel are all located and distributed throughout the different buildings of the hotel, so if you want to stay in a specific area, you will first have to decide on the room category.
You can always send your request to our email [email protected] where they will take note of your request. They will be able to tell you if your request is possible with the category booked, or the cost of upgrading if necessary.
Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?
Our hotel has basic Internet access available in all public areas and rooms. In case it is not enough for your needs, you have the option to book Premium internet at a price per device of $6 for 1 day, $12 for 3 days and $18 for 7 days.

Do you have a night club?
Our hotel does not have a disco, but guests have access (drinks not included) to the Movie Disco Club, which is next to our other hotel Grand Bavaro Princess, right at the entrance, in the Avalon Casino.
Is it possible to book excursions at the hotel?

Do you have a casino?
We do not have a casino, but you can access the Avalon Casino at the Grand Bavaro Princess. Remember, this service is not included in the price.
Do you have tennis courts?
We have tennis courts and can provide rackets and balls. Only night usage of the courts or classes have an extra cost.
SERVICES
Do you provide special gifts for birthdays or anniversaries?
In order to qualify for the relevant benefits, we ask that you send us a photo of your passport or ID where the date of birth is clearly legible. If you want to celebrate an anniversary, please send a marriage certificate including the date. You can send these documents to [email protected]. Alternately, you can also present these documents to the customer service department during check-in at the hotel.
Is room service included?
No, it is not included, except for VIP Deluxe guests. You can consult the prices and menu on our webapp.
Do you have a spa?
That’s right, we have a spa in Hotel Caribe Deluxe. And also a hairdresser. We would like to remind you that these services are not included in the price.

Do you provide a transfer service to/from the airport?
We do not have our own transfer service, but you can book one online at https://princess.nexustours.com.
Another option is to take a taxi on arrival at the airport. The cost of the trip from Punta Cana Airport to the hotel is approximately US$40.
Are there any shops nearby?
Yes, there is a shopping area inside the hotel.
Is it possible to hold weddings/events at the hotel?
