To modify a booking made through our website, you must write an email or phone the booking department of the corresponding hotel and they will provide you with the necessary information and help handle your booking. To modify a booking made through agencies or online sites, please contact the customer service department of these platforms, as they are the only ones that can make changes to your booking.

You can cancel bookings made through our website yourself by clicking on the “Manage your booking” button you will find in the confirmation email. You can also open the “Check a booking” section of our website (at the bottom of the page), where you will be able to make a cancellation using the booking locator number and the PIN number sent with the confirmation email. If you are not able to cancel the booking in either way, you will have to write an email or phone the booking department of the corresponding hotel and they will handle your request. To cancel bookings made through agencies or online sites, please contact the customer service department of these platforms, as they are the only ones that can cancel your booking with your consent.

The free cancellation period varies depending on the dates you have booked. Our flexible “Pay at the hotel” rates can usually be cancelled for free from 24 hours to 7 days before the date of entry, depending, as mentioned, on the dates you’ve booked. Our “Pay now” rates cannot be cancelled for free, as they are non-refundable rates that have to be paid in full the moment you book in exchange for a discounted price.
We always recommend reading up on the chosen rate and its cancellation policy, which you will find by clicking on the “Rate information” section that appears under the name of the rate in the price and availability search results.

The conditions of all our offers are listed in the offer page under “Conditions”. There you will find the booking dates and the stay dates for which the promotion is valid, whether there is a minimum number of nights required, the type of discount offered, what added value is included, the hotels in which it is available, if it can be combined with other offers, and many other conditions.
