The customer service team of the Caribe Deluxe Princess and Tropical Deluxe Princess hotels is led by the company’s most charismatic and veteran smile: our dear Loanmi Mercedes, whom today we would like you to get to know a little better.

Loanmi, tell us a bit about your career at the hotel:

Hi, my name is Loanmi Mercedes. I started working in this company as a telephone operator. And, with the support of the hotel, I worked my way up and am now a public relations manager.

What do you like most about your work?

I love this company because of its values. It is a very fair and very human company. It makes you feel at home because the employees become your second family.

What is your favourite area of the hotel?

I love the hotel’s natural spaces, so, if I had to highlight one place in particular, it would have to be the mangrove forest; I am a nature lover.

We also have the RoofTop, which is a nice place to relax in, and it’s beautiful too. All our spaces are very beautiful and can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Which of the hotel’s environmental measures do you like or are you most surprised by?

I value the way each department does its bit to support environmental sustainability, whether through recycling or the different types of programmes we have designed to that end.

Could you dedicate us a wish?

I hope to see you here soon.
