Guests staying at Punta Cana Princess hotel who wish to access any of our Princess Hotels in Playa Bávaro should contact our customer service department to make arrangements. Remember that access to other hotels may incur an extra charge.

Preguntas frecuentes Is the whole hotel adults-only or is there a family-friendly area?

Punta Cana Princess Hotel is entirely adults-only (over 18 years old). If you want a family hotel for children, we recommend that you visit our sister hotels Tropical Deluxe Princess, Grand Bavaro Princess or Princess Family Club Bávaro.

Although the tap water in our hotel is treated, it is not suitable for consumption. We provide bottled water in all rooms, and you can order water at our bars at any time.

The hotel’s smoking policy is the same as that of the Dominican government, which prohibits smoking in enclosed areas (such as inside rooms or restaurants) but allows smoking in open areas (such as room terraces and restaurants or in gardens and on the beach).

No, it is not necessary to make reservations at our restaurants. The system is on a first-come, first-served basis, and if no seats are available, there is a waiting list.

The location of a room and the view can’t be guaranteed, as it depends on availability and type of room booked. However, you can submit a request by sending an email to [email protected] with your booking details and requirements. Remember that some of these features may incur an extra charge.

The hotel has a basic internet connection in the communal areas and rooms. If this is insufficient for your needs, there is the option to purchase our premium internet service at a price per device of $6 for 1 day, $12 for 3 days and $18 for 7 days. Punta Cana Princess Hotel does not have a casino, but our guests can access Avalon Casino (drinks and games not included), located at the entrance to our sister hotel Grand Bávaro Princess. Contact our customer service department to arrange transportation.

We do not have a spa or hairdressing salon on site, but these facilities are available at our sister hotel Caribe Deluxe Princess, to which our guests have access.

Please remember that these services are not included. You can find further information and prices on our webapp. Appointments and reservations must be made while staying at the hotel, either by phone or directly in the spa. Alternatively, you can ask our customer service department in the hotel lobby for help.
