GENERAL INFORMATION
Can guests at Punta Cana Princess access the other Princess hotels in Punta Cana?
Guests staying at the Punta Cana Princess Hotel also have access to our Caribe Deluxe Princess and Tropical Deluxe Princess hotels. If you would like access to any of our other Princess hotels in Playa Bávaro, please contact our Customer Service Department to make arrangements. Please note that access to other hotels may incur additional charges.
Is the whole hotel adults-only or is there a family-friendly area?
Punta Cana Princess Hotel is entirely adults-only (over 18 years old). If you want a family hotel for children, we recommend that you visit our sister hotels Tropical Deluxe Princess, Grand Bavaro Princess or Princess Family Club Bávaro.
Is it possible to drink the tap water at the hotel?
No. Although the tap water in our hotel is treated, it is not suitable for consumption. We provide bottled water in all rooms, and you can order water at our bars at any time.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
The hotel’s smoking policy is the same as that of the Dominican government, which prohibits smoking in enclosed areas (such as inside rooms or restaurants) but allows smoking in open areas (such as room terraces and restaurants or in gardens and on the beach).
What is the weather like?
The climate is generally warm and humid all year round. However, as we’re in the Caribbean, the weather can change from sunny to rainy in a matter of moments, so we always recommend keeping an eye on an official weather website.

Is the hotel on the beach?
Yes, our hotel is right in front of Bávaro beach.
RESTAURANTS / BARS
Is it necessary to make reservations at the restaurants?
No, it is not necessary to make reservations at our restaurants. The system is on a first-come, first-served basis, and if no seats are available, there is a waiting list.
Do you offer food for people with special diets or allergies?
Our hotel caters for people with different types of diets and allergies. Please visit our customer service department on arrival to explain your needs and they will be able to assist.
Is there a dress code in the restaurants?
Yes, we recommend that you check our webapp to view our dress codes, as they vary depending on whether it is day or night, buffet or themed.
What drinks are included?
Alcohol is included, but the brands are different for clients who have booked a VIP package. There are also certain brands of wine and champagne that are not included with any package.
Are there non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes.

What types of rooms do you have?
We have Deluxe Suites and Honeymoon Suites.
Is it possible to upgrade my room?
Upgrades are possible on arrival, subject to availability. For more information and details about the rooms, please visit our website.
Can I book a Honeymoon Suite if I am not on my honeymoon?
Yes, you can. Please remember that the maximum occupancy is 2 people.
What are the rooms like and what features do they have?
For more information about our rooms, we recommend that you visit our website where you will find a description of each room, the facilities and maximum occupancy.
Is it possible to book a room with a specific view or in a specific location?
The location of a room and the view can’t be guaranteed, as it depends on availability and type of room booked. However, you can submit a request by sending an email to [email protected] with your booking details and requirements. Remember that some of these features may incur an extra charge.
Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?
The hotel has a basic internet connection in the communal areas and rooms. If this is insufficient for your needs, there is the option to purchase our premium internet service at a price per device of $6 for 1 day, $12 for 3 days and $18 for 7 days. This service can be purchased directly at the hotel.

Do you have a night club?
Our hotel does not have a night club, but guests have access to Movie Disco Club (drinks not included), located at the entrance to our sister hotel Grand Bávaro Princess, next to Avalon Casino (which is also accessible to guests). Contact our customer service department to arrange transportation.
Is it possible to book excursions at the hotel?

Do you have a casino?
Punta Cana Princess Hotel does not have a casino, but our guests can access Avalon Casino (drinks and games not included), located at the entrance to our sister hotel Grand Bávaro Princess. Contact our customer service department to arrange transportation.
Do you have a spa?
We do not have a spa or hairdressing salon on site, but these facilities are available at our sister hotel Caribe Deluxe Princess, to which our guests have access.
Please remember that these services are not included. You can find further information and prices on our webapp. Appointments and reservations must be made while staying at the hotel, either by phone or directly in the spa. Alternatively, you can ask our customer service department in the hotel lobby for help.
Do you have tennis courts?
We have tennis courts, and we provide racquets and balls. There is an extra charge for lessons and night-time use.
SERVICES
Is it possible to have a private dinner on the beach?
It is possible to arrange a private romantic dinner on the beach. For prices and availability, please contact our customer service department.
Do you provide special gifts for birthdays or anniversaries?
To be eligible for a birthday or anniversary gift, please send us a photo of your passport or ID showing the date of your birthday, or your wedding certificate showing the date of your wedding, to the email [email protected] prior to your arrival.
If you prefer, you can also present your documentation to our customer service department during check-in at the hotel.
Is room service included?
Rooms with a VIP package include room service. For other guests, there is an additional charge.

Do you provide a transfer service to/from the airport?
We do not have our own transfer service. However, you can book a transfer via the following link: https://princess.nexustours.com.
You will also find taxis when you arrive at the airport. The taxi fare from Punta Cana airport to the hotel is approximately $40 US.
Are there any shops nearby?
Yes, there is a shopping area inside the hotel.
Is it possible to hold weddings/events at the hotel?

Do you have internal transport in the hotel?
Due to the size of the hotel, internal transport is not required, and you can comfortably walk to any part of the resort.
What is the VIP service?
The VIP Package can be purchased on arrival at the hotel (subject to availability) and includes the following services:
