An associate who all our guests adore, and no wonder, in addition to his great professionalism and love of work, Alexander always stands out for his good mood and constant smile, as well as the special affection he puts into everything he does.

Tell us a little about yourself.

Good afternoon, my name is Alexander Gomez, and I am part of the Guest Service team at the Punta Cana Princess hotel. And my job is to assist guests with anything they may need.

How did you end up in Punta Cana Princess?

I came through the recommendation of a friend, and I’m still here today since 2016. I am thankful for that moment because for me this is not a job, it’s a family.

What do you like about your job?

I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to create unforgettable memories for all ourguests.

Why would you recommend Punta Cana Princess hotels?

I would recommend this hotel, because here you are not just a guest, here you are one of us, you are one of the family, and you can feel that from the moment you arrive at the hotel until the moment you leave. We always keep in constant contact with our guests because we don’t want them to feel that they are just a number.

What is your favourite spot at the Punta Cana Princess?

My favourite place in the hotel is definitely the beach. The beach if you see it from the pool, you have a beautiful view, those landscapes… and you see that it is one of the best in the whole area of Bávaro.

What other areas would you recommend to our tourists visiting Punta Cana?

In the Punta Cana area there are many beautiful beaches, and outside the hotel I would recommend Macao beach, as it offers breathtaking scenery, you can eat fried fish, and all in all you can enjoy the local atmosphere. To get there, you have approximately 15 minutes from our hotel.
