Princess Hotels & Resorts Canary Islands is organizing this prize draw with the aim of rewarding its social media community and promoting the holiday experience at the Maspalomas & Tabaiba Princess hotel, located in Gran Canaria.
The promotion will take place via a video post on Instagram in which users can participate by following the requirements set forth in these terms and conditions.

The prize is a holiday package designed to allow the winner to enjoy a few days’ rest with their family at one of the properties operated by Princess Hotels & Resorts Canary Islands.

The prize draw is open to participants worldwide, and any individual of legal age who meets the requirements set out in these terms and conditions may participate.
If the winner is accompanied by a minor, the minor must be accompanied by their parents, legal guardians or responsible adults, as applicable.

The prize draw will begin on the day the reel is published and will end 7 calendar days later at 11.59 pm, Canary Islands time.
The winner will be announced within 48 hours of the draw closing via the official Instagram account @maspalomastabaibaprincess and/or through any other channels deemed appropriate by Princess Hotels & Resorts Canarias.
Participants in the prize draw must meet all of the following requirements:

The winner will be selected at random using a digital prize draw tool from among all participants who have correctly met all the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of being notified, the first alternate will be contacted. If the first alternate also fails to respond within the same timeframe, the second alternate will be contacted.
If none of the selected entrants respond or meet the requirements, Princess Hotels & Resorts Canary Islands reserves the right to declare the prize draw void or to carry out a new random selection.
The prize must be redeemed within the period specified by Princess Hotels & Resorts Canary Islands, subject to prior booking and availability at the hotel.
