Cancellation Policy for the Winter 24/25 season for all hotels except those on the island of Fuerteventura:

  • Low season: 01.12.24 – 23.12.24, 04.01.25 – 21.01.25, 01.04.25 – 12.04.25 and 21.04.25 – 30.04.25
  • Up to 1 day before day of arrival: no cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours before day of arrival and no show: 1 night will be charged.
  • High season: 24.12.24 – 03.01.25 and 13.04.25 – 20.04.25
  • Up to 7 days before day of arrival: no cancellation fee
  • Less than 168 hours (1 week) before day of arrival and no show: 2 nights will be charged.
  • Mid season: 01.11.24 – 30.11.24 and 22.01.25 – 31.03.25
  • Up to 3 days before day of arrival: no cancellation fee
  • Less than 72 hours before day of arrival and no show: 1 night will be charged.
