Today we would like you to get to know the housekeeper at the Tropical Deluxe Princess. While her face may be less familiar to you, she plays a fundamental role in the hotel.
Yocasta and her team are responsible for ensuring that your room is tidy during your stay, that the hotel’s common areas are clean, that you have fluffy towels to dry yourself with, and that you sleep in a comfortable, perfectly made bed.
While we don’t always notice her team, we always notice their presence through their actions, and we’re eternally grateful for their efforts and constant dedication.

Tell us a little bit about yourself
Hello, my name is Yocasta Santana. I am from the Dominican Republic and I live in Higüey.
What is your background at the hotel?
I started at the Tropical Deluxe Princess as an assistant housekeeper, and today I’m an executive housekeeper. I’ve been working at this resort for over 12 years
What do you like about your job?
What I like most about my job at the Tropical Deluxe Princess is managing my staff so that we can achieve guest satisfaction.
What is your favourite part of the hotel?
My favourite part of the Tropical Deluxe Princess is the children’s pool.
What has you job given you?
What I like most about working at the Tropical Deluxe Princess is working as part of a team and ensuring that our guests arrive to find a clean, comfortable room.
Any message for our guests?
I recommend guests visit the Tropical Deluxe Princess for the facilities and the great family atmosphere.
