The protagonists of our hotel Princess Family Club Bávaro are the children, which is why our entertainment department plays such a fundamental role.

On this occasion we would like to introduce you to Ana Teresa, our entertainment assistant, both the soul of this important department and the person who provides so much laughter and fun for the little ones of the house.

Ana is an exemplary woman who has grown both personally and professionally with the support of Princess, the hotel where we met a fun-loving, chatty entertainer who was gearing up to become a responsible, charismatic entertainment assistant.

Her particular weakness, children, meant it was easy for us to find her, making sure our Hobbit mini-club was in order from the moment it opened until it closed for the evening.

Meet Ana, in her own words

Tell us, Ana: who are you and where do you come from?

Hi! I’m Ana Teresa Ortiz. I come from La Romana (Dominican Republic), and I’ve been here in Princess Hotels & Resorts for 16 years. I started working as an entertainer and now I’m an assistant.

What is your favourite place in the Princess Family Club Bávaro hotel?

What I like most about the hotel is the beach, and also the mini-club, because that’s where the children have fun and really enjoy themselves, and that gives me a lot of satisfaction.

What are your favourite eco-friendly measures at the hotel?

One of the things I like most about the hotel is the focus on sustainability, which, to a large extent, is thanks to our Princess and You 360 programme. For example, we have a reusable cup system that helps protect the environment.

Why should people come to Princess Family Club?

Because it’s a family hotel, because of the spacious, comfortable rooms, and because it has a wonderful water park where children really have a great time.
