Our dear Nelson is probably one of the most charismatic and well-loved bartenders in our hotel, the Punta Cana Princess.

Seeing him always cheers up our guests, not just because of his ready smile, but also because he is the one who will be in charge of creating the most delicious, refreshing cocktails during their stay.

And for this reason we’d like to take a moment to get to know a little more about this charismatic employee.

Nelson in his own words

Tell us, who are you and where are you from?

Hi! My name is Nelson Latorture, and I come from the Dominican Republic, from Higüey to be exact.

What is your history in the hotel?

I work at the Punta Cana Princess as a bartender, and I have been working here for 20 years.

What do you like best about your job?

What I like most about working at the Punta Cana Princess is being at the pool bar with the guests, and the camaraderie among the employees.

What is your favourite part of the hotel?

One of the things I like most about Punta Cana Princess is that it has one of the most beautiful beaches in the Dominican Republic.

Is there anything you would like to say to our guests?

I recommend visiting this resort for the excellent service and the friendliness of the staff.
