Today we would like to introduce you to Fran, manager of the Fogo restaurant in the Tropical Deluxe Princess.

Always with a smile, he shares with us his experience at the hotel and what he enjoys most about his job.

Fran in his own words

Tell us a little about yourself and your history at Tropical Deluxe Princess

Hello, I’m Fran, and I’ve been with the company for about eight years.

I started as a waiter, and slowly worked my way up to my current position as restaurant manager.

What’s your favourite part of the hotel?

My favourite place in the hotel is the Fogo restaurant, where I work and have the opportunity to serve customers.

What would you recommend visitors to see in Punta Cana?

One of the places I recommend visiting is Puerto Plata, for its 27 pools, its natural surroundings, and its crystalline waters.

What do you like about the Tropical Deluxe Princess?

One of the things I like about the hotel are the reusable glasses, which are thoroughly sanitised so they can be reused, thereby reducing plastic consumption.
