Director of a department that everyone is familiar with and talks about: Food and Beverage. Polite and patient, he manages the team with proximity and empathy, creating a pleasant working atmosphere.

Mosquera, tell us a little about your career in the hotel industry.

Hello, my name is Roberto Mosquera and I started working for Princess Hotels & Resorts as a waiter in the Caribe Deluxe and Tropical Deluxe Princess hotels, and today I am the Director of Food and Beverage.

What do you like most about your work?

I love my job because customer satisfaction motivates me to provide quality service and exceed our guests’ expectations.

What is your favourite part of the hotel?

I particularly like the gardens because of the nature and the animals that live there, especially the birds and reptiles that we have.

What is your favourite restaurant in the hotel?

Of all the restaurants we have in the hotel, my favourite is La Cava because of the decor and the food.

Why would you recommend Caribe and Tropical Deluxe Princess?

I would recommend the hotels because they are new and recently renovated and the staff are very friendly.

Could you share a wish with us?
