Food Market, the highest quality national and international cuisine

The Food Market is proof of Princess Hotels & Resorts’ commitment to offering its guests fine food. The impressive buffet features live cooking stations where guests can see the high quality of the produce used.

Savour a plate of succulent meat or fish from the grill, accompanied by a mouth-watering rice dish, all freshly prepared every day. Or how about a delicious, beautifully dressed salad? Or an exquisite dessert? Choose from fresh fruit or something sweeter and more indulgent.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch – when guests also get to choose from an à la carte menu with pasta, meat or fish options, and a buffet dinner. And if you fancy a lie-in, the buffet offers a reduced buffet later.

Exclusive Platinum cuisine

Platinum guests get to enjoy more than the most exclusive hotel facilities and services; they can also enjoy Platinum gastronomy. 

One of the restaurants included for dinner is The Roast. This restaurant specialises in meat dishes, and has a breathtaking terrace where you can dine with a view. But take note – you will need to book at least one day in advance. 

Guests can choose between hot and cold starters from the buffet, including sausages, grilled chorizo and black pudding. And don’t miss the chance to try the soups – both hot and cold! 

And when it gets to the main course, you’ll be hard-pressed to decide. The menu offers everything from spit-roasted meats, pork chops, lamb chops, chicken breast and gourmet burgers to grilled fish such as salmon and hake.

But that’s not all. If you’re looking for the best, take your pick. The Roast offers a selection of steak and beef from just 9.5 euros upwards.

The hotel’s most exclusive restaurant

Platinum guests get the fully exclusive option: the Restaurante Platinum, offering irresistible breakfasts and dinners in an absolutely idyllic setting.

At the Platinum Breakfast, they can sample top quality treats from the buffet, as well as à la carte dishes. How about some poached eggs to share? Or are you thinking more pancakes with maple syrup and butter? How about a tray of seasonal fresh fruit? These are just some of the options on the breakfast menu.

Then there’s the Platinum Dinner, with a menu set to delight your palate. As well as starters from the buffet, guests can choose anything from roast lamb in jus with couscous and mint sauce, or stuffed sole with basmati rice, vegetable pearls and mussel velouté, to hake with aromatic herbs and vegetables, or Iberian pork loin with thinly sliced potatoes and steamed vegetables. 

And don’t forget to ask your server about any specials – the chef prepares a range of pasta, meat or fish dishes to choose from. Their recipes will make your mouth water. And it’s impossible to resist a dessert with your dinner too. 

Another service exclusively for Platinum guests is Platinum Appetisers. Every day, guests can sample a selection of wine, cava, sangria, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, and hot and cold canapés.

Gourmet Brunch and Luxury Dinner

The Guayarmina Princess hotel also offers the chance to enjoy a delicious brunch on a terrace, or an exquisite dinner with sea and sunset views. Can you think of anything better?

The Gourmet Brunch is served in TRZZ at The Roast, located on the terrace of The Roast restaurant. Guests can enjoy a selection of sweet and savoury dishes,  paying only 15.50 euros. Booking essential! 

Or you could go for the Luxury Dinner in an utterly unique setting, ideal for dining with your partner. Priced from 68 euros. You can choose from three menus, with a fresh salad accompaniment, special dessert chosen by the chef, and two glasses of cava. You can pair your meal with a white or red DO La Rioja wine to bring out the flavours of the menu.

Lobster Thermidor is the star dish, closely followed by lobster ceviche and an exquisite chateaubriand fillet. How on earth will you choose?

Please note you need to reserve your Luxury Dinner at least one day in advance. Everything is made to the guest’s liking, and you can even arrange an additional surprise, adding extras such as a bottle of champagne, box of chocolates or beautiful bouquet of flowers.

The most exquisite cocktails

And when you stay with us at our gastro hotel in Tenerife, you’ll also find plenty of different bars where you can sample refreshing drinks or exquisite cocktails. Are you a mango passion fruit person, or more of a martini or rum and coke? You’ll find plenty of places to decide. 

The Seabreeze Bar offers drinks, as well as ice creams, snacks and cakes, in case you fancy something in between meals. Bar 1998 plays live music from 17:15 to liven up your afternoon. The perfect place for some music and dancing whilst you enjoy a cocktail.

Or, you could also head to Bar Imagine to enjoy some live music and spectacular shows. Bar Sunset and Bar 02 are also ready and waiting to serve you the best drinks.
