Our stay at the Grand Sunset Princess was outstanding. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were exquisite. There was so much to do and see and everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The staff at the Grand Sunset Princess were all wonderful. Yara, Ciro, Neflaly and Noe were always very friendly, attentive, polite and accommodating. They knew what we were drinking and always had it ready for us. They always had a smile on their face and made sure we had everything we needed. They made our stay at the hotel even more pleasant. We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Sunset Princess and would recommend it to all of our friends. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special and enjoyable.

Mi novio y yo nos quedamos en el Grand Sunset Princess Platnium, durante las fechas de 5/17/2016-5/22/2016. En el momento que llegamos nos recibieron con mucho cariño y profesionalidad. La señorita Liz fue quien no recibió en el Platnium concierge, y fue de lo más amable y nos ayudó de lo más eficiente y profecíonal! Durante nuestra estancia la señorita Guadalupe Velazquez fue de lo más amable asesorando que nuestra experiencia fuera inolvidable! Durante los días que estábamos en el Grand Sunset Princess – Platinum todos nos trataron de los más hamables pero al mismo tiempo de lo más profesional. No había ningún momento en que nos sentíamos ignorados. Gracias por una experiencia que nunca se nos va olvidar, y gracias a Liz y especialmente a Guadalupe Velazquez por hacernos sentir como si fuéramos familia y por atendernos de una manera más profecíonal y hizo nuestra experiencia inolvidable y garantizó nuestro retorno al Sunset Princess!!
