Interview with Schneider, Receptionist at Grand Bávaro Princess #WeArePrincess

One of the first experiences that our guests have when they arrive at Grand Bávaro Princess is to meet and interact with the Reception Department, who are responsible for checking in and providing all the necessary information that will allow our guests to enjoy their wonderful holiday.

On this occasion, we will take a moment to meet Schneider, one of our charismatic receptionists, who is so well known to many of our guests that it has become a tradition to have your photograph taken with him when you arrive at the hotel.

Could you tell us who you are and where you are from?

Hello, my name is Schneider, I am from Higüey and I consider myself a very helpful and friendly person.

What brought you to Grand Bávaro Princess?

I joined the hotel because I had the opportunity to work as a receptionist.

What do you like most about your job?

The best thing about being a receptionist is being able to provide a service and helping the people and guests at the hotel, I really enjoy that!

What is your favourite place in the hotel?

My favourite place in the hotel is the Focaccia Pizzeria, it has beautiful décor and is à la carte. The staff are also very friendly.

Which of the hotel’s environmental measures do you think is most effective for protecting the environment?

I think the best sustainability programme at Grand Bávaro is the one in the bathrooms, because it helps save a million gallons (of water) a year.

What is the one activity you would encourage our guests to do and why?

I would encourage our guests to go to Saona Island as it is one of the most beautiful places in the area. Also the buggy tour, they will definitely have a great time!

Why should guests stay at Grand Bávaro Princess?

I recommend that our guests stay at Grand Bávaro Princess because we have a spectacular beach, very clean and very nice rooms, very attentive and helpful staff and clean and large pools.
