Lobos Island Circular Route
Have you ever visited the beautiful Lobos Island? It is a small island to the north of Fuerteventura and is part of the Corralejo Dunes Natural Park.
If you want to discover its secrets, we recommend that you follow the circular route on foot or by bicycle. Although it is the smallest of the Canary Islands, with an area of only six square kilometres, it has a great variety of landscapes and fauna, as well as idyllic beaches, which make this walk a unique experience.
The route starts at the dock and can be reached by boat. One of the highlights is a visit to the Martiño lighthouse, on the northern tip of the island, from where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the sea and Fuerteventura’s coastline. It is also an ideal place to watch the sunset, when the warm colours of the sun reflect off the volcanic landscape, creating a unique scene.
Another essential stop on the route is La Concha beach, with its white sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for a refreshing swim or snorkel after your walk! It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy this magnificent natural environment.
