To confirm the date, a non-refundable deposit of $400 is required for reservations made less than a year in advance and $800 when the wedding is booked more than a year in advance. In the case of private receptions, such as those held at the Chill Out, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is requested.

Yes, 20% of the guests can be not staying at the hotel. They can attend the wedding by paying for a day pass two hours before the ceremony. You must confirm the list of non-staying guests with your wedding planner.
