  • Changes to your reservation may result in the cancellation of your assigned room.

Your room number will be assigned randomly upon arrival, but it will be the same type of room that you reserved.

Yes, within 48 hours the hotel may confirm, cancel or propose an alternative room with similar characteristics. After that, you will have 24h to reconfirm, otherwise you will lose the assignment.

All you need to make use of this service is the booking code.

The room assignment service is available from the time of booking until 72 hours before check-in.

It may take up to 48 hours for the hotel to confirm your request, which will be sent to the email address used to make the booking.

In the event that you request a change of dates or room type, you will lose your room allocation and will need to reapply.

The booking is handled electronically, so the hotel does not require a confirmation or printed voucher. For your convenience, we will send you an email with the details of your booking. Under exceptional circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your room allocation, in which case you will not be charged.

The chosen room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon* on the day of departure. If you require a late check-out, please contact us at the hotel.

Yes, you can cancel your room number request. You will only have to enter your locator here and access the booking manager. Remember, you have until 48h before arrival at the hotel. If not, the full amount will be charged.
