Hotels can organise events ranging from intimate celebrations for two people to private functions for around 500 guests, depending on the chosen venue.
How far in advance should I book a wedding at the Hotel Tropical Deluxe Princess?
We recommend booking approximately one year in advance to ensure availability on your preferred date and at your preferred venue. However, we can also assist with organising weddings with a shorter planning timeframe (subject to availability).
Do I need to be on the island before the wedding at the Hotel Tropical Deluxe Princess?
There is no mandatory arrival requirement. However, we recommend that the couple arrive 2 to 3 days before the wedding so that they can meet with the wedding coordinator and go over the final details of the event.
Do I have to choose one of the wedding packages offered by the Hotel Tropical Deluxe Princess?
Not necessarily. Although we offer a range of packages designed to make planning easier, we can also organise bespoke weddings tailored to the couple’s preferences, the number of guests and the services they require.

Our private events include three hours of service; additional hours are available at an extra charge, based on the agreed hourly rate.
Please note that if you are referring specifically to the ceremony, it lasts 30–45 minutes if the couple includes any rituals and/or special readings.

What happens if it rains at the Hotel Tropical Deluxe Princess?
We always have a Plan B. Depending on the size of the group, the ceremony or reception can be moved to an event hall or indoor area within the hotel. This decision is made six hours in advance, depending on the weather conditions, to ensure that the venue can be set up at the new location.
Can some guests attend the wedding without staying at the Tropical Deluxe Princess Hotel?
This applies to all our hotels. Yes, it is possible. Non-resident guests must purchase a hotel access pass, subject to availability and the policies in force at the time of the event. The cost for a non-resident guest is US$85 per person (they will be granted access to the premises one hour before the ceremony).
