Our private events include 3 hours of services; extended hours are available at an additional charge, depending on the contracted hourly rate.
Yes, you must send the items well in advance, preferably 2 months before. Most likely the customs will open all the packages and then give us a customs invoice. We are happy to receive packages, but we cannot be responsible for their safe arrival. The customs invoice is the responsibility of the bride and groom. Therefore, it is better if you bring everything with you.
We always have a PLAN B and it depends on the size of the group. The alternative location can be within a ballroom or on the Convention Terrace.
Yes, without any problem. All you have to do is pay for a hotel access pass. It costs $85 per person, to access the complex.
