After two long years of waiting due to the pandemic, the “Ladies in Carnival” event was finally held on the 30th of March, organized by volunteers at the Solidaridad DIF System. The Hotel Platinum Yucatan Princess hosts the First Gastronomic Championship of the Riviera Maya. The hotel dressed up on December 10 and 11 for the championship, in which 8 teams of chefs presented their best dishes.
