Are the pools in La Palma Princess heated? What is the water temperature?
One pool for adults and one children’s pool are heated from 1 November to 30 April until the water temperature is about 25ºC.
Does La Palma Princess provide pool and beach towels?
We provide towels on arrival (for a deposit fee) and two free replacements per week.
What does half board in La Palma Princess include?
It includes breakfast and dinner. Drinks are always for a charge. If you wish, when you arrive at the hotel you can request drinks (water, refreshments, beer or tap wine) be included at dinner by paying an extra fee.
What is included in the La Palma Princess All Inclusive option?
The All Inclusive option includes a wide range of national drinks and all meals and snacks available at the bars and restaurants
Can I upgrade my All Inclusive Standard in La Palma Princess?
At reception you can request to upgrade to All Inclusive Premium, which includes a selection of international drinks.
What is the dress code at La Palma Princess?
In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in the bars and restaurants. Therefore, entry to these areas will not be allowed wearing bathing suits, sleeveless shirts or sports clothes. Men are required to wear long trousers or formal shorts to dinner. During the Gala Dinners on 25 and 31 December, men are also required to wear formal trousers and a tie or jacket.
What’s the check-in and check-out time at La Palma Princess?
You can access your room from 3:00 pm and depart until noon. All hotel services, including dining and facilities, will be available during these opening hours. To use the services outside these hours, please check availability and conditions at reception. An additional charge may apply.
Does La Palma Princess prepare special meals? E.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.

Yes, the car park is for free (limited places, subject to availability).

Access to the spa with wellness pool, saunas, sensation showers and jacuzzi is for a charge. Only for guests over the age of 18.

Can I use the Esencia de La Palma’s facilities by paying a surcharge?
Only guests who have booked a room in the Esencia de La Palma area (the adults-only section of the La Palma Princess hotel) may use the facilities there. If you would like to move to the Esencia area, please enquire about prices and availability on arrival.
Do you provide transfer services from the airport to La Palma Princess?
There’s no direct bus service. We recommend renting a car or to take a taxi (about €45 one way).
Is the La Palma Princess a pet-friendly hotel?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed, only service animals are accepted.
