What is the dress code at Gran Canaria Princess?
In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in the bars and restaurants. Therefore, entry to these areas will not be allowed wearing bathing suits, sleeveless shirts or sports clothes. Men are required to wear long trousers or formal shorts to dinner. During the Gala Dinners on 25 and 31 December, men are also required to wear formal trousers and a tie or jacket.
Is Gran Canaria Princess adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Half board includes breakfast and dinner. Drinks are not included.
What is included in the Gran Canaria Princess All Inclusive option?
The All Inclusive board includes a wide selection of national brand beverages (see here) and all meals and snacks offered in the hotel’s bars and restaurants. All Inclusive is available from 08.00 am until midnight.
Does the Gran Canaria Princess hotel have a spa?
The outdoor wellness area is free and has: gym, jacuzzis, sauna, steam bath, Balinese beds and relaxation area. Treatments and massages are available for a fee.

Check-in time is from 14:00h onwards. Check-out time is until 12:00h. If the guest wishes to stay longer in the room on the day of departure, he/she should consult the reception staff for available options (with charge).
Is smoking permitted at the Gran Canaria Princess?
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted outside in designated smoking areas featuring ashtrays.
