The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean, the views were spectacular and the staff were really kind, both on reception and in the restaurant.

Are the pools at Princess Mogán heated and at what temperature?
The main pool is heated from 01/11 to 30/04 at approx. 25ºC.
Does Princess Mogán has parking?
Yes. Across the street from the hotel entrance there are 25 free parking spaces with free access. At the entrance there is a barrier with a buzzer to alert the staff and access the area, where you can check availability.
The hotel also has a private garage at an additional cost per vehicle per day. Availability and rates can be consulted on arrival at the reception.
*Important: Parking space reservations are not available.
Does Princess Mogán provide pool towels?
Pool towels are provided on arrival with 2 free changes per week.
What does the Princess Mogán All Inclusive comprise?
The All Inclusive option includes a wide selection of national brand drinks and all meals and snacks offered in the hotel’s bars and restaurants (including the Beach Club). All Inclusive drinks are available from 10 am until midnight.
Is it possible to upgrade from Princess Mogán´s Standard All Inclusive?

Does Princess Mogán have a dress code?
During evening hours, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, swimwear, sleeveless shirts and sportswear are not permitted in the bars and restaurants. Gentlemen are also kindly requested to wear long trousers or dress shorts during dinners. At the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31, gentlemen are kindly requested to wear long dress trousers and a tie or jacket.
What’s the check-in and check-out time at the Princess Mogán Hotel?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is until noon.
Does Princess Mogán offer special meals (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free or baby food)?
We can prepare special meals on request. It is always recommended that during the first meal after arrival, the guest informs the maître d’, who will be happy to help and make recommendations.
Is the Wi-Fi free or payable at the Princess Mogán Hotel?
Free wifi is available throughout the hotel, including the rooms.
Is smoking allowed at the Princess Mogán Hotel?
Mogán Princess Hotel is a “non-smoking” hotel. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas that are signposted and designated for smoking, e.g. with ashtrays.
From what age are children allowed in the Princess Mogán mini-club?
From 5 to 12 years old. If they are younger, they must be accompanied by an adult.

Is Princess Mogán suitable for people with reduced mobility?
There are many ramps and stairs throughout the hotel, so we do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility.
Is there a transfer service from the airport to Princess Mogán?
You can take a taxi or bus on arrival at the airport. For the return journey from the hotel to the airport, the reception staff will be happy to arrange a taxi.
Is the Princess Mogán a pet-friendly hotel?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed, only service animals are accepted.
