I spent a weekend at the Hotel and I have to say I was delighted. The pool area is amazing. There is so much greenery and the atmosphere is idyllic. The food is plentiful and great quality. Service was good and the staff were really helpful.

Are the pools in Maspalomas Princess heated? What is the water temperature?
The hotel has 5 swimming pools in the main pool area, 3 of which are heated in winter, from 01/11 to 30/04. All the children’s pools, including the 2 pools in the water park, are heated in winter.
The heated pools have a temperature of approximately 25ºC.
Does Maspalomas Princess provide towels for the pool and beach?
We provide towels on arrival and two free replacements per week.
What is included in the Maspalomas Princess All Inclusive option?
The All Inclusive option includes a wide range of national drinks and all meals and snacks available at the bars and restaurants in the hotel. All Inclusive is available from 9:00 until 23:00.
Can I upgrade my All Inclusive Standard?
At reception you can request to upgrade to All Inclusive Plus, which includes a selection of international drinks and bottled water (for an extra fee).
What is the dress code at Maspalomas Princess?
In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in the bars and restaurants. Therefore, entry to these areas will not be allowed wearing bathing suits, sleeveless shirts or sports clothes. Men are required to wear long trousers or formal shorts to dinner. During the Gala Dinners on 25 and 31 December, men are also required to wear formal trousers and a tie or jacket.
What’s the check-in and check-out time at Maspalomas Princess?
You can access your room from 14:00 and depart until 12:00 noon.
Does Maspalomas Princess prepare special meals (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, baby food)?

Does Maspalomas Princess include a car park?
Yes, the car park is for free (limited places, subject to availability).
Is the Wi-Fi free at Maspalomas Princess?
We provide free Wi-Fi (4 MB) throughout the hotel. The 10 MB Premium Wi-Fi is for pay. You can upgrade by paying the fee at reception.
Is the Spa included in Maspalomas Princess?
To enter the Spa with Finnish saunas, steam baths, whirlpool bath and salt room you must pay an extra fee. It can be booked at the totems you will find in the hotel. The facilities can be booked for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Only for guests over the age of 18.
Is smoking permitted in Maspalomas Princess?
Our hotel is a “non-smoking” hotel (including tobacco, vapers, electronic cigarettes). Smoking or vaping is only allowed in completely open-air areas that are marked for smoking or vaping, e.g. with ashtrays.

From age 4. Younger children must be accompanied by an adult.

What is the difference between Maspalomas Princess and Tabaiba Princess?
Both hotels share the same facilities. The only difference is the interior design of the rooms and the bathroom equipment. Rooms in Maspalomas Princess have new beds, balcony furniture, paint and smart TVs. Also, the hotel’s Prestige Suite has been completely renovated. Do you provide transfer services from the airport to Maspalomas Princess?
We do not offer direct transfer services. You can take a taxi or a bus from the airport on arrival.
Can I enter the hotel with electric bicycles and/or scooters?
We would like to inform you that, in order to ensure the safety of all our guests, the use, storage and charging of scooters, scooters and electric bicycles is not allowed inside the hotel.
The hotel is not responsible for any damage, loss or incident that may occur.
