Are the pools in Club Jandía Princess heated?
The Family Area of the Club Jandia Princess has 2 heated pools (including a children’s pool). The Adults Only Area has one heated pool.
Does Club Jandía Princess provide towels for the pool and beach?
Pool towels are provided on arrival and 2 free changes per week. Towels can be taken to the beach.
Is the Wi-Fi free at Club Jandía Princess?
Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the entire hotel, including all rooms.
Does the Club Jandía Princess hotel have a gym and a wellness area?
The wellness area (including gym) is located in the adult area and is free of charge for guests staying there. Guests staying in the family area will have to pay a supplement of 5€ per day to access the adult area. Only for guests over 18 years old.
What is the dress code at Club Jandía Princess?
In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in the bars and restaurants. Therefore, entry to these areas will not be allowed wearing bathing suits, sleeveless shirts or sports clothes. Men are required to wear long trousers or formal shorts to dinner. During the Gala Dinners on 25 and 31 December, men are also required to wear formal trousers and a tie or jacket.
Is Club Jandía Princess adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Apart from the relax pool and the rooms on the 3rd floor in the Adults Only area of the hotel all areas are wheelchair accessible. One pool has a ramp access (walk in pool). Beach access via steps. There are 5 adapted rooms (2 in the family area and 3 in the Adults Only area), located on the ground floor featuring a garden or on the 1st floor without steps. The bathroom features an adapted door and a walk-in shower with seat and special grab rails. The toilet is adapted and has a surround rail. The washbasin is wheelchair accessible. What is included in the Club Jandía Princess All Inclusive regime?
The All Inclusive regime includes a wide selection of drinks from national brands (see: https://appfuerte.princess-hotels.com/es/menu/4040) and all meals and snacks offered in the hotel’s bars and restaurants. IT is open from 07.30h (drinks from 10:00h) until 23.30h. An upgrade to the Standard All Inclusive can be made by booking All Inclusive Plus or All Inclusive Premium at the hotel reception or by writing in advance to: [email protected] attaching the booking reference number. To enjoy the exclusive facilities of the Adults Only area (wellness area, relaxation pool and gym, pool bar) (for guests over 18 years of age). Admission is included for all guests over 18 years of age.
Is smoking permitted in Club Jandía Princess?
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in completely outdoor areas indicated, for instance, with the presence of ashtrays.

Yes, the restaurants prepare dishes adapted to the needs of our guests. Please inform the hotel reception, the public relations staff will be able to provide you with personalised menus if necessary.
Do you have a transfer service from the airport to the Club Jandía Princess hotel?
We do not offer this service directly. We recommend taking a rental car or a shuttle bus from an external company (e.g. CanaryShuttle).
What’s the check-in and check-out time at Club Jandía Princess?
Check-in time is from 3 pm onwards. Check-out time is until 11 am. If the guest wishes to stay longer in the room on the day of departure, he/she should consult the reception staff for available options (with charge).

There are 3 different bands. Yellow: for adults until 17 years old and standard all-included. Grey: For all guests over 18 years of age and All Inclusive Standard. Black: For guests with All Inclusive + and All Inclusive Premium.
Is the Club Jandía Princess a pet-friendly hotel?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed, only service animals are accepted.
