You can hire the services by contacting the hotel’s wedding department. A non-refundable down payment of $200 is required to book wedding dates less than a year in advance, and one of $400 for booking weddings more than a year in advance. For private receptions, such as those at the Chill Out, we require a non-refundable down payment of $1000.

It depends on the type of ceremony. Legal weddings must be booked at least 2 months in advance. Symbolic weddings, at least 15 days in advance.
For legal weddings, the bride, groom and witnesses must stay at the hotel for 4 working days before the wedding. For symbolic weddings, 2 working days suffice.
You can choose a predefined package or a personalised package. You will have a wedding planner at your disposal to help arrange everything, chairs for the guests and every additional service you request. You can personalise the ceremony for $400.

The event usually lasts between 3 and 5 hours. Western wedding ceremonies usually last 15 to 20 minutes.
We recommend you bring all items in your luggage because we don’t have a designated area in which to store deliveries.

Yes, up to 20% of guests can be people who are not staying at the hotel. They can attend the Wedding by purchasing a day pass two hours before the start of the ceremony. You will have to confirm with your wedding planner the list of guests who are not staying at the hotel.
